Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly, Brighton
This intergenerational workshop invited JCHE residents and young adult members of the CJP CHAI Society to create a tile installation together. The theme of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) was interpreted by each participant as they literally “used their hands” to inspire their artwork. The center image of a tree represents life, history, and wisdom; and was painted and puzzled together by the intergenerational participants.
